St. Bonaventure and World War II

The parade field was located on campus so that the Army could hold parades and review their troops during an inspection.  The parade field stands on the front lawn of campus where Hopkins Hall stands today.  It also served several purposes besides that of pass and review.  The parade field also served as the football field during football season.
